Organize a Shared Interest Group
MDM Alums share a common language and passion for development. By cultivating our collective New Power (Heimans and Timms, 2014), we can multiply our impact by possibly 100x more than the capacity of our individual organizations.
Modeled after the Harvard Shared Interest Group(SIG) program, the MDM SIG Initiative aims to reconnect alums along their interests. SIGs may provide a community of shared professional development and also serve as a marketplace of talent, opportunities, and ideas.
